Busse Longlife Design Award 2008 (BLDA)
Anton-Wolfgang Graf von Faber-Castell, Chairman of Faber-Castell AG and chairman of bayern design forum e. V., award the relax-sofa Tattomi Relax within a press conference on October 22nd 2008.

The BLDA has been awarded every three years since 1978 and has focused on the longevity, sustainability and economic compatibility and has set a bar against an affluent consumer and throw-away society. The BLDA recognizes products that have been successfully on the market for at least 8 years (sales/marketing). The prize distinguishes innovative ideas, high quality and long range dispursement—for the manufacturer as well as the consumer, and last but not least, the sustainability of (limited) natural resources.

Simply outstanding
Shelving-System "stapler" won iF product design award 2007

Since its inauguration in 1953, the iF design award has existed as an enduring, prestigious trademark for outstanding design. Companies and design studios deploy the iF seal in their communication campaigns as a visible symbol of product and service quality. And for buyers of design-oriented products, the iF seal serves as a decision-making tool in the marketplace. An iF award is a symbol of a company's commitment to innovation and its willingness to face the competition.
